According to reports from the Daily Star, Arsenal are planning a double deal to sign Leicester City’s Riyad Mahrez and Middlesbrough’s Ben Gibson.
The report further claim the double deal could happen this summer and it could cost the Gunners £55million.
Mahrez was heavily linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium last summer for a reported fee of £30million and the report further suggest the Algerian international is t top of the Frenchman’s wish-list.
Arsenal will have to swiftly in signing the 26-year-old as a host of clubs are interested in his signature after an impressive season with the Foxes as he guided them in winning their first Premier League title.
The Gunners will also have to act fast as Chelsea and Liverpool have also indicated their interest in signing Gibson after Middlesbrough’s relegation to the Champions League was confimed.
