Arsenal have been handed a massive boost in signing Nigerian international Henry Onyekuru after the striker received a UK visa ahead of the summer transfer window.
The KAS Eupen striker has been heavily linked with a move to the Emirate Stadium this season after a successful season with the Belgian side.
Reports suggest Arsenal have agreed a £6.8million fee for the 19-yearold ahead of the 2017/18 season.
It’s understood West Ham remain interested in Onyekuru and it appears the Nigeria international is preparing for life in the English capital this summer.
SCORENigeria claim a source revealed: ‘Henry has been in Paris, he is there with his agents.
‘He has been granted his visa to UK and he is now studying all the offers and possibilities with his handlers.
‘His first choice is a Premier League club.’
Onyekuru admitted last month that he had spoken to compatriot Alex Iwobi about a possible move to the Emirates in the coming months.
He said: ‘He [Iwobi] is a nice fellow, who is open to all despite his star status in the team.
‘We talked a bit about Arsenal and their manager Arsene Wenger and he has nothing but praises for his manager and team-mates.
