Reports from the Sun reveals Arsenal are planning a deal for Juventus star Juan Cuadrado after concluding a £52m move for Alexandre Lacazette from Lyon.
Arsene Wenger has ordered his board to submit a €25 million (£22m) offer for Juventus winger Juan Cuadrado, according to reports in Colombia.
It’s also claimed that talks between the two clubs are ongoing, although Cuadrado has publicly said that he is happy to stay at Juventus.
Cuadrado flopped at Stamford Bridge but Arsene Wenger hopes he can turn him into a force at the Emirates Stadium.
Last month, reports in Italy claimed that Juve were open to selling the Colombia international but had set a €30m (£26.3m) asking price
Cuadrado moved to Juventus on a permanent deal in May, having spent the previous two years on loan with the Italian champions. He moved as a result of a clause that was triggered when the Old Lady yet again won the Serie A, for a reported £17.5m. So for Juventus, a £22m sale would represent a quick profit.
