Bundesliga giant Bayern Munich have once again ruled out a transfer for Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez.

Bayern CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has declared there’ll be no more attacking signings in this summer transfer window.

Bayern recently signed James Rodriguez from European Champions Real Madrid to reinforce their attack.

The Chile international forward has confirmed he wants to play in the Champions League – a competition the Gunners cannot offer him this coming season.

Rumours about the future of Sanchez continues after the Chilean’s recent remark about wanting to play in the prestigious UEFA Champions League.

The Bundesliga Champions Bayern Munich sound like a decent destination for the forward, being a club playing in the Champions League next season and having a chance of winning.

However, despite being linked with Sanchez in numerous times this summer transfer window, Bayern have ruled out a transfer move.

Bayern CEO, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, reportedly told coach Carlo Ancelotti that there would be no more attacking signings.

The general feeling in Germany was that the Munich club were very reluctant to spend huge on a player who turns 29 years next season. Arsenal’s potential asking price – cited as about £50m – and Sanchez’ wage demands did not appeal to the German Champions at all.
