According to reports from Skysport, Arsenal have been offered Brazilian international Rafinha.
The versatile attacking midfielder has not traveled with the rest of the Barcelona squad for their pre-season tour of the USA as he is currently recovering from a knee injury.
The report further claims sources close to the 24-year-old has revealed Arsenal are considering making a bid for him which Barcelona are prepared to listen.
However, Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu said last week that Rafinha, who featured 28 times last season, would not be sold, but it is believed they will listen to €30m offer for the star attacker
Rafinha has grown to become a fine midfielder but still has a long way to go to be considered amongst the world’s best. The 24-year-old is a perfect fit for Arsenal, as he can slot in in the midfield as well as do a job on the wings – as was visible last season when he was deployed on the wings by Luis Enrique.
