According to the reports, Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere would be open to a move to West Ham United this summer.
The future of England midfielder at the Emirates is unclear with just 12 months remaining on his current contract.
Last term, Wilshere was sent to Bournemouth on loan to get some game time but despite being relatively injury free he failed to make a significant impact with the Cherries.
Having returned to Emirates, it is believed that Arsene Wenger is unsure where the injury plagued midfielder fits in and would, therefore, be open to offers.
However, whether Wenger’s high valuation and what interested clubs would be willing to pay for a player with such a chequered fitness record can meet in the middle remains to be seen.
But if the Hammers were to reach an agreement, the 25-year-old Wilshere would be willing to make the move to London rivals.
As per the Daily Star, having supported West Ham as a child Wilshere has an affinity with the club.
That such a switch would mean he didn’t have to move home is another benefit.
