Dubbed as contract rebels, Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez have been the biggest stars of Arsenal since they joined in the 2013 and 2014 summers respective. There is now so much uncertain over the future of the stars but Arsenal Chief Stan Kreonke has reinstated his desire to keep them while claiming that the London club will still be attractive to classy players even if the due leaves.
Both players have been reportedly offered improved contract by Arsenal but their failure to commit their future to the club has seen them linked with moves to rival club as they have been tipped to walk away from the club in the summer. Mesut has been heavily linked with a Man United move while Alexis Sanchez has been on the radar of Manchester City and Paris Saint Germain.
Despite their refusal to sign, Kreonke has submitted that Arsenal want the players to stay.
“We want to attract top players, keep top players. Those guys (Sanchez and Ozil) are top players,” Kroenke told the Daily Mirror.
