Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere has dropped a huge hint about his future at the club, prompting speculation that he is set to sign a new contract at the Emirates.
The 26-year-old declared his love for the club and his wish that long may his playing days for the Gunners to continue. Wilshere has suffered a career blighted with injuries, and rumours were rife this summer that the England international would leave the Emirates after going on loan to Bournemouth last season.
Now, however, the midfielder seems to have turned a new corner as he has been involved in an extended run of matches for the North London outfit, most recently impressing in the their 1-1 draw with West Brom as well as the eventful 3-3 thriller against Liverpool and 2-2 draw against Chelsea at the Emirates.
Wilshere took to social media that despite his numerous setbacks, he has never stopped believing and his ambition to stay at the club for the long-term.
“After another set back, i never stopped dreaming and believing. If 2017 has taught me anything it would be NEVER GIVE UP!!! Love playing for this club and long may it continue. Looking forward to 2018,” the star captioned on Instagram.
