Crystal Palace forward Wilfried Zaha has informed his club that he will stay at Selhurst Park and is not keen on a move to Arsenal or any other suitor in January.

Roy Hodgson’s men earned a point against Manchester City after opting to ditch the defensive set up that have been utilized by clubs to try and stop Pep’s team in the Premier League title race and surprisingly came away with a point.

Selhurst Park has been a tough stadium to visit for top teams in recent seasons, especially Merseyside giants Liverpool. League leaders Manchester City did not leave unscathed, however. Brazil international forward Gabriel Jesus was forced off injured and could be sidelined for over about six weeks with a knee injury.

Belgian Kevin De Bruyne also sustained a dismal tackle by Jason Puncheon but he is expected to recover and get back to football action with limited delay.

The Palace forward faced a battle with fullback Kyle Walker on the wings throughout the match and was hacked down to win a late spot-kick that was saved by City goalie Ederson to prevent the home team becoming the first club to beat the Citizens in the Premier League this season.
