Jack Wilshere will quit Arsenal in the summer — unless the club make him a significantly improved contract offer.
According to the SunSport, the England international camp is miles apart from Arsenal despite reports claiming they are making progress in extending his contract.
Wilshere has been stunned by the Gunners’ insistence that he must take a massive 25 PERCENT cut to his current salary of £120,000 a week if he is going to stay.
Mesut Ozil, 29, received a £200,000-a-week pay rise when he signed his new contract last month.
And new signings Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Henrikh Mkhitaryan are both earning more than double what Wilshere has been offered.
Wilshere has been at Arsenal since he was a nine-year-old schoolboy and wants to extend his stay — but not on the terms currently offered.
With his contract due to expire at the end of the season, he will be a free agent in June.
And he is now able to talk to clubs across Europe with other Premier League sides certain to be monitoring the situation.
