According to Sport, via Metro, Arsenal have launched their bid to sign Fekir after it was reported that he was open to a move away.
Fekir has hinted that he is tempted by a move to England and would be open to leaving Lyon this summer.
Arsene Wenger is said to be a massive fan of Fekir and is desperate to add his compatriot to Arsenal’s squad.
The report claims that Wenger expects to be at Arsenal next season and wants Fekir to be his marquee signing.
Fekir has scored 16 goals for Lyon this season and captains the French side, which has drawn interest from a number of clubs.
