Jack Wilshere has informed his friends that he will quit Arsenal at the of the season, this is according to report.

Wilshere is in the final year of his current contract with Arsenal and he has knocked back the offer handed to him by the club. Due to his injury vulnerability, Arsenal have put forth a £80,000-a-week contract on the table for him which includes bonuses for the number of games played against his current £90,000-a-week contract.

The 26-year-old creative midfielder is heavily disappointed at the offers on the table for him and he is certain that Arsene Wenger will not change his position. And now, the Daily Star have claimed that Wilshere is resigned to calling time on his spell with Arsenal at the end of the season, as he has informed his folks.

He was heavily linked with a move to one of the Seria A giants last summer but he decided against a move. Everton and West Ham United have signaled their interest on the player and they could land him on a free transfer in the summer.

Arsenal are currently in need on a creative midfielder and it will be a huge blow for the fans if Wenger fails to keep Wilshere in the club. Since returning from an injury earlier this season, his display for Arsenal have been really consistently impressive.

Wenger and Wilshere have not had the best of relationship, which is why the offers for him is said to be low. If a Marcus Rashford at Manchester United is earning  £70k-a-week, then Wilshere deserves far more than what Arsenal are offering him.
