Mikel Arteta name continues to get louder in the Gunners’ corridors of power, but fans don’t seem completely set on him

The former Gunners midfielder is being strongly linked with the now vacant Emirates Stadium hotseat (that sounds odd, doesn’t it), especially now Juventus boss Max Allegri seems to have ruled himself out of the job .

But fans seem to split on whether or not the 36-year-old has got what it takes to replace Arsene Wenger.

Arteta had five seasons in north London after joining from Everton in 2011, learning under Wenger’s guidance for much of that, including the final two campaigns in which he barely featured due to injury.
