But according to Tuttosport last night, Allegri is ready to extend his contract with the Scuddeto Champions which will keep him tied to the club for another five years.
Manchester United former assistant manager Rui Faria is another manager linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium as Wenger’s replacement.
The José Mourinho’s former assistant has been awesome under the Portuguese manager since he took over from Ryan Giggs. Faria is now set to stand on his own, and he has been tipped to become Arsenal manager in the summer.
However, according to The Sun, Faria is set to become Benfica manager ahead of next season, thereby, leaving Arteta as the only manager linked to the Gunners coaching job.
