The Estonian Under 17 international player had also attracted interest from Premier League sides Brighton and Southampton, as well as having had trials at Juventus and German side Ingolstadt over the past couple of months.
Arsenal have won the chase for the youngster with Hein signing a three-year-deal with the North London club. Ex-Gunners goalkeeper Mart Poom is the head of the youth team in Estonia.
