Arsenal are back in Premier League action on Sunday but Unai Emery could be missing a host of players for the trip to Vicarage Road

Arsenal boss Unai Emery has six injury problems ahead of Sunday’s clash against Watford.

The Gunners sit in fifth place after a mixed start to the Premier League season.

A short trip to Watford represents an opportunity to get back to winning ways for Arsenal, who are winless in their last two games.

The Hornets find themselves bottom of the table but will hope to pick up a positive result after replacing Javi Gracia with former boss Quique Sanchez Flores.

Arsenal have a mixture of injuries heading into the clash.

At least three players are definitely ruled out while three more are doubts.

There is some good news, however, for Emery.

An injury did not prompt Nicolas Pepe’s early return from international duty – Ivory Coast sent him back to Arsenal to work on his fitness.

While Alexandre Lacazette merely suffered cramp as opposed to a hamstring problem in the north London derby.
