After seemingly coming through another game without any new injuries, here’s our Arsenal injury news for Molde on Thursday.
Arsenal had a couple of major boosts for the Manchester United game, with Bukayo Saka and Rob Holding both returning to the starting lineup. They’re seemingly fit again after their recent injuries.
The last update on David Luiz was that Arsenal were assessing him for the trip to Manchester United, but he didn’t make it back in time. As a result, he’s still a doubt for Molde’s visit on Thursday but clearly getting closer to a return.
Calum Chambers is in full training, but we don’t know exactly when he’ll return to action. Recovering from an ACL injury, we know how long it can take to get fully match sharp again.
We now know for sure that Pablo Mari had a setback in his recovery, but he should be returning to full training soon. The last update we had on October 28th was that he’d return to full training after the November international break.
Gabriel Martinelli is back out on the grass playing with the ball again, but he’s still a way off a full return. Arsenal don’t expect him back until towards the end of the year.
